The GETO Policy is to provide services that meet or exceed industry and regulatory requirements.

The GETO Quality Management System (QMS) applies to activities that affect quality and is implemented to ensure that all requirements for our services are met. All GETO services are controlled in accordance with the commitments of the QMS. All GETO’s production facilities are ISO 9001 certified.

All manufacturing operations are governed by our quality management system, insuring compliance to customer specifications and standards throughout the process.

We are committed to provide a systematic and continuous improvement process in operations as well as in our management systems and assessment strategies. We believe that product quality is no longer a competitive advantage; it’s a prerequisite to enter the game. We achieve our goal through consultation with staff and customers in the course of planning, evaluation, and feedback and resource allocation.

  • Instruments for measurement of precision, temperature, force, electricity, tension, ESD, cleanliness

Quality Assurance and Test

At GETO, we start with the basics:

  • An ISO 9001:2008 AS9100-registered quality system
  • An online quality management system that collects and analyzes process data for administrative as well as manufacturing operations, including internal audits, supplier performance, and customer feedback
  • Certification of operators to the following workmanship standards:
    • J-Std-001
    • IPC-A-610
    • IPC-A-620

We build upon this foundation by developing detailed, assembly-specific manufacturing, test, and inspection processes, validated through our robust first-article procedure. Our Lean programs, implemented throughout all of our manufacturing, engineering, and administrative processes, drive an environment that demands and expects continuous improvement, eliminates waste, and proactively seeks out process exposures that can lead to non-compliance, so they can be eliminated before they occur. Whether we’re insuring the performance of components that reside in the guidance systems of nuclear missiles, or the clear, crisp signal between a football coach and his staff, every product we manufacture undergoes the same rigorous methodology, delivering a cost-effective solution that produces consistent and repeatable results.
